Mindfulness is the practice of wakeful presence and awareness to all that is, in the present moment Join us for an exploration of presence and awareness through the use of meditation, pranayama and Yoga Nidra.
You should have a good foundation in yoga and be comfortable with
the major components of Surya Namaskar.

MOVING into STILLNESS
with Raye Lynn Rath-Rondeau

Please join us for this special 2 hour workshop with Raye Lynn. We will be practicing asana to move us into stillness of yoga nidra.
Beginner Series starting Monday, Oct. 1
A 4 week series designed to give you a foundation for your yoga practice. The brand-new beginner will be comfortable here as we move mindfully and start with the basics; explore how to sit, how to breathe, and move into basic standing and seated postures (asanas) in each class. Each class ends with relaxation.
