At The Yoga Institute, we believe that yoga includes and yet is so much more than just the physical practice. Through decades of classes, practices, teachings, workshops and events, all of us at The Yoga Institute have worked together to build a pure, beautiful studio with passionate instructors and staff that share the belief that yoga not only shapes the body, but also awakens something deep inside of us.

Mondays, May 7, 14 and 21 – 7 pm - 8:15 pm
Have you always wanted to try yoga? Come take our 4 week Beginners Series. We will teach you the basics to start a practice that you can do for the rest of your life. This course covers the basics of the practice and leaves you feeling better than when you walked in the door. Come join us!
