BEGINNERS SERIES in APRIL
Mondays: April 2, 9, 16 & 23, 2018 from 7 pm - 8:15 pm
Have you always wanted to try yoga? Do you want to share it with a friend? This is a 4-week class series designed to give you a beginning foundation for your yoga practice. The brand new beginner will feel very comfortable here as we move slowly and start with the basics; explore how to sit, how to breathe, and move into basic standing, seated, twists & supine postures (asanas) in each class. This 4-week course will give you a good foundation to move into our Level 1 classes to continue your practice creating a stronger body, clearer mind, and more joyful heart.
